Hot dip galvanising is the immersion of your finished steel products in a bath of molten zinc. A chemical reaction takes place and the resulting iron-zinc alloy is harder than steel and is extremely hard-wearing. This tight bond between iron and zinc provides effective protection in every respect, even inside hollow structures.
The ideal solution = Anti-corrosion
+ Harmonisation of tints.
Duplex gives you the benefit of an anti-corrosion
coating combined with
the protective and decorative effects of painting.

to metal.
A wide range of colours are available in gloss, satin or matt finish, with the
added option of numerous special effects (textured, frosted, stippled, pearly,
metallic, hammered finish, etc).
The mechanical, chemical and anti-corrosion processes
give excellent results and make powder coating the method of choice for protecting
metals.
